Presently available for shipping to addresses in the united states: if you want to pay shipping to another country, the shipping turns out to be quite expensive, but if you want to have a book shipped you can add that additional shipping price to your order using the additional “Buy Now” button found underneath the book’s “Buy Now” button underneath the image of each book cover (the additional international shipping is in addition to the amount that is charged for shipping when you pay for the book itself).
Please specify name or names for personalized inscription for each order.
Please place separate orders for each different title (shipments may be grouped or may come in multiple shipments).
Shipping cost is the same price per book whether shipping them together or separately, for shipments in the US.
You will receive an email confirmation of the order: if (for purposes of surprise or gifting) you do not wish to receive email confirmation, please indicate that in the space where you specify name or names for personalized inscription (after indicating names for personalized inscription).
Most books are in stock but if there is any backlog you will be notified of the situation and expected delay.
